- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I agree with one of the previous reviews. I have had good experiences with both Dr.Cohen and the techs in the lab. The staff however, not so much. I have called numerous times to check the status of a prescription that should have been filled over a month ago and test results that were taken almost a month ago. The nurse says she will check and call back. Still waiting on a call back. I have called and left a message for the practice manager, no call back. This practice needs to follow up with their patients. Not everyone has time everyday to call, sit on hold and be given the run around just to be told "We will call you back".November 14, 2017by Scott MIner
